By using the Amigo mobile application ("Amigo", "the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Amigo is an AI-powered health coaching application that provides meal logging, nutrition tracking, goal management, and personalized health advice. Amigo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not Medical Advice

The information provided by Amigo, including AI-generated nutrition estimates and health coaching, is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Nutritional estimates from meal photos are approximate and may not be fully accurate.

3. Account

You must create an account to use Amigo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

4. Subscriptions

Amigo offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the respective store's policies. Prices may change with notice.

5. Usage Limits

Free and Pro tiers have daily limits on sessions, meal logs, and messages per session. These limits reset daily. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

All content, design, and technology in Amigo are owned by Amigo Health AI. You retain ownership of your personal data and uploaded photos.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amigo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on AI-generated advice. Nutritional data is estimated and may contain inaccuracies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
