Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Amigo account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to support@amigohealthai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Amigo account.
Request Account DeletionWhat Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- All meal logs and food photos
- Chat conversation history
- Health goals and streak data
- Health metrics synced from Apple Health or Google Health Connect
- Device tokens for push notifications
- Subscription and credit usage data
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
